CCS is an iconic skateboard brand whose owners changed in 2015. Our small team took on a relaunch of the entire brand, which had been badly hurt by corporate ownership and the technological shift away from the printed catalog.
Starting with a list of warehouse bin numbers scribbled on a post it note, I was tasked with photographing product or finding vendor photos, determining copy and voice, and designing layouts for banners, emails, and print publication ads. The fast pace of our banner rotation demanded for quick turnaround. Eventually our creative team got bigger, but I grew a lot from the make-it-happen approach and total ownership of each project from start to finish.
